Cut as a complete rack for maximum presentation and value, these ribs are ideal for BBQ enthusiasts, family feasts, or low-and-slow cooking sessions. Always halal and sourced from high-quality Ontario beef. COOKING TIP: Season generously with salt, pepper, and your favourite rub. For BBQ, smoke low and slow at 250–275°F for 5–7 hours until tender. For oven cooking, wrap and braise with broth, garlic, and onions at 300°F for 3–4 hours. Let rest before slicing between the bones. 10 lbs approx.
