Description
Details This exotic extract comes from sweet basil plants. Commonly known as falooda seeds, tukmaria, sabja, Basil Seeds's a staple of Southeastern Asian cuisine. Lately, it is called the new superfood, although research is still emerging to support the various health claims; nevertheless, they definitely look like a healthy seed worth adding to your diet. Look-wise, they resemble chia seeds, but the basil seeds are entirely black and tear-shaped. Like chia, they get gelatinous when soaked in water. Mix it with our Laziza Falooda mix, and your evening supper during Ramadan won't be dull again.
