All lambs are ethically raised without the use of genetically engineered antibiotics, hormones or any other growth-promoting drugs. All weights are rough estimates; however, weights are calculated after the final cut to ensure that you only pay for what you take home. A lamb averages 50 lbs dressed will usually yield between 25 – 30 lbs of take-home meat, generally between 48% to 55% of the dressed weight. We can sell you the whole lamb or $7.99 per pound depending on the weight.
